DOT Physicals

 At our office, we offer comprehensive DOT physicals to ensure that commercial drivers meet the necessary health standards. Our experienced medical team conducts thorough evaluations, including vision and hearing tests, vital sign checks, and a review of your medical history. We prioritize your time and convenience, providing prompt service to help you get back on the road safely and efficiently. This service is not covered by insurnace and does cost $200 that is due at the time of service.

Make your visit even more effecient and fill out the paperwork ahead of time. Fill out the blue sections on page 1 and 2 and bring them printed out on the day of your visit. You will also need your drivers license and a form of payment.
